How the package works
- 1. Choose four or more qualifying Miele appliances for the same project.
- 2. We confirm that the selected products qualify for the four-appliance installation offer.
- 3. We confirm product availability, delivery postcode and installation conditions. Delivery is up to two weeks, subject to Miele availability.
- 4. Standard installation is included at no extra charge on the qualifying package.

The exact mix is flexible. Qualifying products are Miele major domestic appliances sold by Besser Appliances; cookware, accessories, consumables, spare parts and floorcare products are excluded from the four-appliance count.
What “standard installation” means
Standard installation covers fitting and connecting the appliances where suitable, compliant services and openings are already in place. If the project needs electrical upgrades, new circuits, plumbing changes, ventilation ducting, core drilling, cabinetry alterations, structural work or other non-standard work, we will identify and quote that separately before installation.

What qualifies for free standard installation?
A single qualifying order of four or more new Miele major domestic appliances purchased from Besser Appliances, subject to service area, access and suitable existing services. Cookware, accessories, consumables, spare parts and floorcare products do not count towards the four-appliance minimum.
What does standard installation include?
Standard installation means fitting and connecting appliances to suitable, existing and compliant electrical, plumbing, ventilation and cabinetry provisions. Alterations, upgrades, new circuits, new plumbing, ducting, core drilling, cabinetry changes and other building work are not included unless separately quoted.
Can I choose which Miele appliances are in the package?
Yes. You can choose any four or more qualifying Miele major domestic appliances, subject to product eligibility and availability.
How long does delivery take?
Most appliances are ordered from Miele after purchase. Delivery is up to two weeks, subject to Miele availability and the chosen models.
Where do you install?
Our installation service covers selected London and surrounding areas. We confirm availability from the delivery postcode before the order is finalised.
